At Bot Builders, we strive to provide high-quality chatbot development, automation, and digital solutions. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Project Deposits

Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits secure your booking, cover project planning, and allocate development resources.

2. Project Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • Any completed work will be invoiced accordingly.
  • Any outstanding balance for completed milestones remains payable.
  • Deposits already paid are non-refundable.

If Bot Builders is unable to complete a project due to circumstances within our control, an appropriate partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the work completed.

3. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital services, chatbot builds, automation workflows, website integrations, and downloadable digital products cannot be refunded once delivered or implemented.

4. Subscription Services

Where ongoing hosting, maintenance, chatbot support, or subscription services are provided:

  • Services may be cancelled by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
  • Access to subscription services will continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.

5. Incorrect Purchases

Please ensure that the services you request are suitable for your needs before making payment. Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect service selections
  • Change-of-mind requests
  • Services already delivered
  • Failure to provide the required project information within agreed timelines

6. Payment Disputes

Any unauthorised payment dispute or chargeback initiated without first contacting Bot Builders to resolve the matter may result in:

  • Suspension of ongoing services
  • Removal of hosted chatbot services where applicable
  • Recovery of outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels
